Becoming a Ninja. Part 1 - Flexibility
We live in the era of knowledge bombardment, there is so much information out there, that it becomes very difficult to know what to implement and what to disregard. This is part one of a series of journals that will contain golden nuggets that I give my patients on daily basis.
In my professional experience, I have noticed that if the stresses of life and depressed emotional state are not addressed, all kind of treatments will become useless. The treatment and supplements will only serve as a temporary band-aid that will fail you when you are at your busiest. This was the inspiration behind this journal. I wanted to create something that could help people understand how they can take control and power into their hands to take better care of themselves.
It is time to understand the importance of mental health. This journal will help you to understand what stress, fear or movement and negative self-talk are. More importantly, in this journal, you find tools that help to overcome stress for BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE.
This journal also includes the 6 stretches, that give the best results for pain relief and pain prevention.
This journal, basic information on posture, pain and use of medication.
In-depth chapters on;
- What is stress and how to manage it.
- What is fear of movement and its effects on your body?
- An exercise to raise awareness on how you criticize your body and why it works against you.
- A little on sleep
- 5 stretches that can reduce up to 80% of body pain related to our daily lives, improve performance in the gym and make you feel more flexible without rigorous stretching routines.
You will get a PDF file, which I encourage for people to print and leave in a visible area so that you can fill it out on daily basis.
